Arm pump and Lactic Acid build up

Anyone know of any proven techniques or supplements to help the release of lactic acid from your muscles during intense workouts? I'm looking for a nutritional supplement that I can take along with my regular vitamin pack for help with arm pump.

Yeah, endurance is surely the key... WHILE I'm building my endurance, I'm looking to supplements... 🙂

Well im a runner and i ride and after a tough work out on the running track i do a cool down run. That cool down tends to get that lactic acid build up out of my legs so i htink that it would be the same for riding but thats just my opinion dude.

Have you ever tried an arm band ,like for tennis elbo;I tried one, it seams as if it makes it worse but take it off and it instantly feels better. I think you can find them at most drug stores,I think only $10 or less

i know in baseball any pitcher that throws during a game has to usually run a few laps after the game.. that will get the lactic acid out of it 🙂
