exhaust flange bolts

i guess thats what they are called. my 05 head from service honda did not arrive with bolts for the exhaust. do they readily come off the old one or do i need to order new? i want everything in order before i tear the bike down. i am putting on a 270 kit with 05 head. thanks

Take the old ones out of the head and use them. Take a couple of nuts and put

them on the bolts tightly against each other and then unscrew the outside one

to remove them.

I just got my new head and am going through the same issue. Is there a published torque for putting these flange bolts back in the head? I couldn't find it in the service manual... Thanks for any help on this.

Don't know of a torque spec for it, but not too tight.

Naa just snug use a little never sieze if you have it also for removing them and installing them you can get a set of stud extractors from sears for a 20 spot there the tiket for removing and installing
