Newbie Needs Help

Hey Burned,

I just bought a 2005 DRZ400S. I cut a 3X3 hole in the airbox, bought a power bomb header, and Leo Vince pipe. I need to re-jet, I assume. I ride between 1,200 and 4,500 feet, in about 80 to 95 degrees. Can you point me in the right direction. The search on this sight is not easy.

i highly suggest a dyno jet kit.

use the following setting as a baseline.

stock 142.5 main jet

dj needle 4th clip

dj slide spring

25 pilot jet

2.5 to 3 turns fuel screw.

this works great on most every drz.some require slight deviations though.

the 25 pilot jet needs to be purchased seperately.

the TT store can set you up on the kit and jet.
