H*LL YES IT IS! your going from 2.5 h.p. to around 8.5 h.p. and if you need more speed, then you should change your gearing... the bore kit will only help in acceleration, and the amount of fun you have :applause:

Yes, I dont even have a race head, and there was a considerable difference. I was in 1st gear and i lifted on the bars while hittin the throttle and it almost threw me off. Of course im only 5'2 112 lbs though... Oh wait, it is for a 70 right? If so, then i dont know cuz im talkin about a fiddy.

8.5?

not even close

more like 6.5-7

I'm just repeating what a guy who put this kit on a Dyno told me :applause:

Does anyone know if the 15/37 gearing is good? I was thinking about going with the 16/37. Or, should i buy both the 15 and 16 sprockets, try them and see for myself? Thanks.

Works good on stock head as well. Basically just a good all around gearing, heck even ran it on my 108 for a bit.
