WA OHV State Sound Study needs your review and input today!

Recommended Posts

Please view this committee meeting today and get your input directly to John Eaton who represents OHV use on this committee.

This committee will be making a recommendation to the 2006 legislature regarding use of OHVs on private property.

Remember, last year they were proposing that you could not ride any OHV witbin 600 FEET of your own private property line!

Watch this! Then get you input to John Eaton!

My family attended this meeting (with our children, which made some people at the hearing rather nervous). John Eaton is a great representative for the ORV society! The next meeting is slated for October 5th @ 9a.m. in Olympia, with a possible tour of the Thurston County ORV park that was closed down and some sound testing. The next hearing is going to be covering access to land for ORV's. This will be a very important hearing!

The OHV noise committee hearing is archived and you can listen to it anytime on the web

Please send your comments/suggestions directly to John Eaton dirtbike@hctc.com He is on that committee.
