Dear Fellow Aussie,

You should be able to get the wr426 registered, provided you have all the ADR equipment fitted.

You'll need:

-headlight

-front and rear blinkers

-tail light

-rear brake light, that is operated by both front and rear brake levers

-horn

-speedo

-chainguards

-a muffler that isn't loud ( I think it needs to be less than 86db at 3500rpm)

-DOT approved tyres.

Best of luck

You can rec reg the 426 at any age with the necessary gear, but, depending on where your at you won't be able to legally ride it because of 250cc engine restricition on your licence, ie Victoria. If your not in Vic, all good!

I've pulled most of that stuff off :D

It is a good thing that I don't have to worry about rec reg crap, noise crap,

police crap, etc.....

My bike is road registered though.
