Nope! Not at all! If you're riding 7000-9000ft your jetting should be perfect with the baffle out.

What elevation are you at?

You should probably just follow the sticky & uncork & re-jet.

If your running stock jetting, Your going to want to rejet anyway. Take out both baffles, intake and exhaust and jet it. It won't hurt anything and your bike will show a nice little increase in power.

Well were I ride is 2,000 up to 6,500. I am going to ride in two days and I don't want to try to jet the carb, because I suck with tools. I do like the power that taking the baffle out but I heard you can blow up your motor??? So if i ride with out the baffle and have stock jetting will I blow up my bike, or damage it?

If you take out the exhaust baffle you should be o.k. for your ride. If you take out the airbox snorkel you definitely need to re-jet. More air = leaner air/fuel mixture.

If your not going to rejet, just leave the baffle in.Your not going to gain any power with the baffle out anyway.
