windy-andy Posted September 21, 2005 Think about to add new( used ) bike in my garage. I need something for ocassional enduro riding, with possibility to set for supermoto (not racing just street houligan rides - must be street legal). Background: ex motocross racer. 46, 180 lbs, 5'10", live in Philly. Carrently have V-Strom 1000 for street and Huski TC 610 for motocross riding. Used to have KLR650 - too heavy and underpowered, not much fun to ride. I look at: 1. DRZ - but not sure if it will fit. required too much upgrades? 2. KTM EXC - too expensive? 3. KTM 640 RXC - too heavy? Any ideas? Thanks,
Pro_Marinero Posted September 21, 2005 I would make that Husky your do-all bike and get a cheapo 250 or something smaller for your MX bike.
windy-andy Posted September 21, 2005 First - I don't have title for Huski. Second - it's great motocross bike! I love to ride it on motocross trek!
flip18436572 Posted September 21, 2005 DRZ is up to the task. Tell me any stock bike that doesn't need modifications to make it better?
