i recently emailed hotcams about if they would/were considering making a cam for the crf 150 and this is what Sean Johnson replied

"We have started development on a camshaft for the CRF150. Hopefull in the next month or so, we can start testing the prototypes, and we hope to have some ready for sale, in three to four months from now. If you want to check back with us in 90 days, we should have a better estimate of when they will be available.
