pilot screw

as every one knows a stock TTR 125L runs lean (mines an 01). would addjusting the pilot screw help get rid of that prob without taking apart the carb?

more than likely playing with the pilot screw isn't going to make it rich enough.. the pilot screw is for fine tuning.

its very very simple to do

Adjusting the pilot/fuel screw will most definitely help a lean condition on the bike...

If the screw has never been touched, it may still be set at .5 turns out like mine was.

Depending on where your's is it may cure your problem, or just make it more bearable, but if you've never touched it it will definitely help. And that was your question.

Start at 2 turns out from a lightly seated position then go from there.
