ONEAL great customer service

Just thought I'd share my recent experience with everyone, last weekend i went out riding and within 5 minutes i had to stop because my chest protector felt loose(its an Oneal defender), took it off and 3 of the 4 bolts were missing that hold the shoulder piece on. so I emailed Oneal and asked if these were something i could buy and they sent me an email asking for my address so they could send me the new bolts. Good to see they care about people who buy there products. Anyways just thought I'd tell everyone.

What e-mail address did you use? I sent them an e-mail almost a month ago about a problem with my helmet and have yet to receive a reply.

dont count on that kind of customer service from alpinestar :banghead: My boots arent even a month old and a buckle on them broke so I emailed alpinestar about it and they want me to purchase a complete buckle kit for $30 when all I need is one buckle. Well I will definitely NEVER purchase another product from them.
