I'm going to give my 01YZ250F to my son. I wish to transfer the optional heavier rate F&R springs to the 03 and up WR250 I will find/purchase, any problems? Also can I transfer my White Bro's E pipe also? Thanks.

The springs are compatible from 02' to 03'. But in 04', I believe all yz and wr models have different spring lengths due to the changes made in the forks including the 46mm to 48mm change. You might check but I think rear spring could be more universal than fork springs. The exhaust pipe swap will be a hit or miss situation.

rear spring should fit with no problems. i put a spring from a 98 wr400 on my yz250f with no problems.
