bushbashing_thumper Posted October 10, 2005 Hey i was just wondering if anyone with the 06 model R has had any problems with it and how do you like it compared to the 05, like suspention power etc. I am looking at getting a second hand pre raced 05 only about 5 races but it has had busted front fork seals and it has a dinted exaush, for about $7500 AU http://www.calculator.com/calcs/conv.html (to convert) but i didn't know if i should wait and see how reliable and powerfull the 06 is. Puttikan Posted October 10, 2005 Not sure where you are in Australia, but if you read Dirt Action magazine go to issue 76 September and have a look at the 05 crf250r tested, it was built my best mate and the bike is for sale as far as I know. You can also have a look at it at http://www.axis-motorsports.com/ , its under project bikes/ motocross. This bike is probably the best of its kind in Australia, its as good or better than what Team Honda US or Australia could build. And it would be a better buy than the one you are looking at.
