gratefuldawg Posted October 10, 2005 I am trying to decide if I should revalve/re-spring my bike myself or pay a shop to do it? I have a pretty good shop here in Denver, Hitchcock Industries, but I think I could do the work myself. I am worried about the tuning more that the actual work. Does the race tech stuff come with good setup directions? I am thinking about the race tech gold valves, RT spring in the forks and just a new RT spring in the rear. Bike 04 525 exc, rider 6'2" 200-215 lbs. Any suggestions? Myself, shop, springs and valves? Thanks E Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
