RCH_VisualMedia Posted October 11, 2005 A friend of mine, Jake Weimer, finally got his ride for the AMA Pro ranks. He is riding for the Amsoil Factory Connection Honda team. He had a good run at his rookie supercross race this last weekend at the US Open. He took 7th on Friday and 3rd on Saturday. I saw this online and figured I would share. For example, for winning his first heat race as a member of the Amsoil/Factory Connection/Chaparral/Honda squad, Jake Weimer received this nice pineapple "trophy" from the team to mark the occasion.
