If anyone knows how, How do I put a rear disc brake ao my TT-R 230?

new hub, relace the wheel. Buy disk brake, lever, and resevoir. Then fab up all the brackets to make every fit. Will have to weld a disk tab onto your swingarm also.

To me its really not worth the trouble. 4-strokes have engine braking, and your front brake provides 75% of stopping power.

Pointless anyways, the drum brake works perfectly fine if it's adjusted and used properly.

I could be doing this mod for a customer that has lost his right leg below the knee. He needs a thumb brake for the rear as he absolutely no feel with his prosthetic leg. I might try a thumb brake with the cable first and retain the drum set up (cheaper), but I don't think there will be enough leverage with a short thumb lever to make this set up work properly. PM me if you want to get a disk set up as your in Alberta also. It will be costly, new wheel, disk, caliper, master cylinder, brake line and as stated by other posters lots of fab time.

Why bother? The drum easily locks up the back wheel if properly adjusted. Do you have the pedal adjusted high enough?
