I use a C8E for my Te400 asuming yours would be the same. As far as the gap

just put the new plug in and don't touch it. I have never adjusted the gap and never had a problem. hope this helps.

Any good bike shop will stock C8E (NGK) most Australian Bikes shops have them so I figure if your in the US you wont have a problem at all. I tried irridium plugs as well and found that they were a waste of money for my mind. The standard plugs are fine.
