thormx33 Posted October 23, 2005 you don't want to go higher than 1.6, or you will blow your water pump seals, i did how hard are those to replace? are there such things as high pressure water pump seals?
shurshot Posted October 25, 2005 Pump seals won't blow if the pressure is too high. They will leak first. Over time, you may need to replace them. The 1.8 cap is an optional one for a KX65/125. The 125 uses the same seal as the 250f I think... Not a big worry.
thormx33 Posted October 25, 2005 Why get the 1.8 if the seals will leak? Won't I be speending more money on replacing the leaking seals, than buying more coolant?
