Should i keep it running while parking for several hours , or just drivng it for a couple of hundreds of miles before pressing on the enging? thanks . SUZUKI LOYAL Posted November 12, 2005 Recently i bought a '06 DRZ125 , the manual RECOMMENDED the following : MAXIMUM THROTTLE OPERATION RECOMMENDATION: Initial 10 hours should be below 1/2 throttle Up to 15 hours should be below 3/4 throttle IMPORTANT NOTES: -Always vary the engine speed -Avoid constant low speed -Allow the engine oil to circulate before riding -First oil change and service are critical and should be after 5 hours to me , i went into break in after six hours , everything is fine but following the manual recommendations definitely much safe.
