Matt96xr6 Posted October 16, 2005 Hey did some searching and did not come up with anything. I just put in the 4sp in my KLX110 (04) and a hydraulic clutch. Has anyone played with the sprocket gearing with the 4 sp in those bikes? If so what did you run? I am guessing from memory the 4th gear is tall, so I will be dropping the countershaft sprocket and adding to the rear. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Matt96xr6 Posted October 17, 2005 did you put the 4 spd shift drum in yourself ? Yup. I wrench for a living on bikes. So splitting the case was nothing. Got that and the clutch installed. So I took it down to Albany with me today and let everyone and their dog ride it around. Everyone likes the manual clutch with the semi auto still there. Eventually when the kids get off the bike I will go full manual and lose the rotating mass there. Power on the stock bore is okay. A 133+ kit would really be fun now! Seems the biggest space is from 2-3 on the bike. 3-4 is not bad. I am going to drop a tooth in the front and see how it comes out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
