grey wire/blue wire

Can someone please tell me if these mods are ok for a 2002 WR 426 in the UK and what does the grey wire mod do.

I believe that the light blue supplies more power on starting once removed but what about the grey one????

Also how much do I cut off the throttle stop screw

I am new to this as a 2 stroke rider (but ive grown up now)

The throttle stop and grey wire mods is not an issue on european models, only US.
