Ron Hamp Posted October 17, 2005 Im not mentioning any names here but i got a report back that rated the first KTM project bike on a scale of 1-10 over a certain honda that managed to be on the podium last year with Windam and Rc @ a # 3 . i was not paticularly happy with some small issues but new it would be competive and we had the stock exhaust on it also but theres room for improvement as far as power is concerned . right now i would say its capable of winning any race . Ron Hamp Posted October 18, 2005 nod to the first i want to be carfull Varner wanted me to put stickers on the bike and i said he could and take the credit for it .to much negative controversy with that team although i do like the kids and Tony is OK in most respects . i just don't need the bad publicity beyond this forum .i just wanted to make a point that the KTM could be made to resemble a Honda for power .
