aluminum rear sprocket

how much miles can i expect from an aluminum rear sprocket??

Just get a steel one. I'm getting ironman sprockets and o-ring chain when need be.

true dat, sorry mar im doin only street riding. im sure a steel one will out last an aluminum one but some ppl have told me different. just wondering what you guyes experience is. ive had an aluminum one a while back but only used it for one summer off roading then i switched to a smaller steel one.

This is THE sprocket in my book TRI METAL from www.sidewindersprockets.com Costs a little more but Lasts Forever.

Get a sidewinder or an Ironman. Spend the extra money and never have to replace the rear sprocket again!

IMO I would stay away from alum. and go with steel.
