I got to live there for 4 years as a kid from 9 - 13. A year in brisbane, the rest in townsville and stuart. The place was one adventure after another for me.

Great area. The riding is good, finding more tracks all the time. Have only ridden around the Ghost Road (Houston Mitchell) area as i am not registered and licenced yet. Once i am i plan on going out towards Wauchope and around a bit more. I hear that is good. Next time your up if you bring the bike drop into the local real estate. I'm in there.

I spent 5 days in Darwin about 7 years ago. What a great place and the folks there were the friendliest and most fun-loving people I've met. I could live there easily.
