BRP submount raised forks 10mm and air screw Now I'm starting to like this bike.

Recommended Posts

FYI

I put on the BRP submount system with renthal 686 fat bars.

They are the straitest fatbars you can get (least sweep).

I then raised the forks in the clamps 5mm then another 5 to get to 10mm.

I also checked the air screw it was barely1 turn out the book says 1 1/4 is stock I went to 1 1/2 then to 2 turns out.

Now it turns its stable and carborates good.

I did not like this bike much at all , butt now its starting to look good.

Before I couldn't keep it running and you couldn't bog it Not enuff power.

I couldn't turn it . The bars wher OK but since I had to buy new ones anyway for the submount I like got a low bend and I like them strait. It help keep me in the attack postion.

Oh ya I did the pink wire but really don't know what it does?

And put on some cycra probends with the triple clamp mount.

Their I had to cut out a half circle to clear the headlight mounts.

For that just clamp the two together with a 3/16 spacer and drill a 5/8s or 3/4 hole.......
