lowering for supermoto

has everybody here who did a supermoto conversion lower their suspension.

Nope. As a matter of fact I had to crank up the rear preload to get the bike to turn better on tight tracks. Getting the suspension set up would be a good thing though.

I rode one DRZ which didn't want to turn and then wanted to fall in once turning. Mine turns in quickly, but gives good feed back once leaned over. I think mine could turn faster yet.

everybody is staying stock height these days.

my old racebike was lowered 1.75",but i ground thru a set off foot pegs every other race.

no problems now with the stock height crf.

Our Suzukis were lowered this year for the AMA stuff. about an inch in front and maybe half of that in back. Stiff and slow!!

i was also wondering since right know with stock wheels the bike feels level, when i put 2 17s on the bike will it dip foward.

it drops the front slightly.one of the reasons that the steering is sharper.
