suspension ???

Recommended Posts

How do you go about raising the bike for a taller person (suspensions wise)?

I have heard that you can keep the stock forks and put longer springs in it ? is this true ? and what about the shock ? thanks alot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :banghead:

Longer springs in the forks won't change the length of the forks. The rear can be raised by using different "dogbone" links. If you change one end, you have to change the other end too so that the suspension geometry will stay in place.

The easiest way would be to get a tall seat foam insert.

The ultimate - and very $$$ way - is to put on KX front triple's, forks and front wheel, and do the Fourstrokeworks.com mod to the rear shock and swingarm.
