Do you see anything wrong with this cam?

I bought an 04 and the guy put a hotcam in it because he said this stocker had damage. I dont see any and I am actually thinking about putting the stocker back in.

In a couple of pictures the lobes look scratched and pitted.But it just might be lighting.If it is smooth use it otherwise leave the hot cam in.I had a hot cam in my 04 and gets it low to mid but you loose the top.Stock is mid to top but little bottom.Where do you ride low to mid or mid to top.

Is that Hot Cam stage 1 or 2. One is low to mid and stage 2 is mid to high.

They only make a stage 1 for the 250 as far as I know.

I dont know but every bike down to a 50 is listed on their site as Stage 1 and Stage II

They dont even have the 250 listed on their site so I am only going by what I am told. I would rather have a stage 2 if they made it. I'd be happy to trade to someone if they have one.

There is galling wear marks on some of the ramps.

I would not use that stock cam again...
