Which Oil is the better for KXF 450 and KXF 250? 10w40, 15w50....

I usually use 10w40 during the colder months. And 20w50 during the summer months.

I've always used 10w 40 in my 250f's and I have been doing the same in my 450f. I think that is what the manual suggests...
