Try a 15 tooth countershart spocket.

Countershart Is That The Front? Also, If I Just Change The Front Do I Have To Change Chain Length Or Rear Sprocket Size???

You should not have to change the chain length, you will obviously need to adjust the chain since this will tighten it up but since the stock sprocket is a 14 tooth there is no need to lengthen the chain. You will not need to do anything with the rear sprocket.
