I wonder if the heavier springs would be the answer for your weight as I honestly prefer stock springs and I weigh 185 . I did reduce float to .190 to .200 though did it on the clamp side of the midvalve though not the the piston side . 09 450 which should be the same . I tried the .48s but that was with different valving and stock Ics spring I may try them again though . From what others have said for the weight your at maybe try softer shock spring and leave fork springs stock . Im currently running a two stage base but my x over is only 4mm smaller a .10 and I think I put it at 13 shims in . I also reduced the rebound stack with a smaller clamp tapered more . as per rear putting two .2 shims in clevice allows more adjustment on rebound . I wouldnt say my bike is perfect by any means but its quite close right now and its tuneable . I run the DEVOL adjustable Dogbone . Im a C rider though so if your a B rider you might want it stiffer hard to Say .
