KX250F Upgrades

Hey folks I am looking to upgade parts on this machine. Looking for recommendations on Exhause, Clutch and some engine mods any input would be good.

i love my rocket exhaust and the price and performance cant be beat

I have the 06 come standard with the bars. Looks like you are talking about the 05. THanks anyway.

ok scratch bars...the rest are great first mods for an 06'

06's came standard with 7/8" standard renthal bars not twinwalls.

i never said they come with twinwalls...i just said "(i use twinwalls)" meaning thats what i use and think they would be a good upgrade

Ok guys busy weekend went with a full Pro Circuit exhaust, Twinwall bars with Full Pro Circuit triple clamp. Sunline Levers, Sunline shifter. Should be fun.

I must say wow. I put on the Pro Circuit TI System with the ICat, the bike absolutely rips now. No way I thought I was going to get that much more power from these upgrades. Had a slight issue witht he Triple clamp they sent me the wrong HB clamps. So I put on the Pro Taper Universals it made the bars almost an inch higher I will say I actually like it better. I am only 5 foot 8 anyone else like the bars higher. I might not go with the other clamps.

Have you seen TriStar Clamps before? They are adjustable in the height and front to back. There are like 7 diffrent colors. Im 6'2 and use to run my bars really tall. Once I got the clamps, I started adjusting them and I actually found I like the bars lower than what I ran before.

I am really interested in this setup. Did it give the motor more top-end without sacrificing the great bottom-end?

its a lil over priced thing (200$) that u hook up which gives ur bike better spark...u could rig up a super coil for 50$ that does the same thing

WHat is the 290 Kit havent heard of it. Not sure about the super coil but I am very happy with the Icat so far. Very easy install also.
