110/90 tyre only 10mm wider.

I wouldn't go changing gearing unless you have spare sprockets laying around. I run a 110 on the 250, the stock 13/52 is fine, but thinking about 13/50.

RUn 13/49 for indoor and tighter tracks. I run 48 out back sometimes depending on the track, but outdoors on fast tracks.

If you went to a 110/90x19 from a 100/100x18, you have increased your tire's radius by about 3.5%. I'd run what you used to until you find out it's too tall. We use a 110 on our 250F with the stock gearing (13/48).

I ran a 120/90-19 Kenda Millville that I borrow off of my 450f and put it on my 250. No gearing changed are required, but i went up a tooth on the rear just to help spool the bigger tire a bit quicker.
