vintage heh??

hey, well on christmas i was over my grandparents house and snooping around, well i found my dads goggles from when he used to ride as a kid, they are from mid to late 1970's and i thought they were pretty cool so i just wanted to show ya guys :applause:

also no i didnt clean them they are dirty, but could prolly clean them up well

Wow! Surprised that the foam gasket hasn't turned to dust by now. Anyone remember or better yet, have a picture of the one piece goggle and face/dust mask the MXers used to wear in the 70's.

Those were Scott's, and they did a pretty good job of keeping roost outta your grill. You see sonny, afore we had them their new-fangled fancy chin piece's on our helmet's-we rode open faced. J/K

I can remember riding with a half bucket, when I was 9. :applause:

HERE you go, don't think it's the Scott one but you get the idea. Alot of guy's back in the day wore what was called a Jofa that helped with the roost.

I didn't quit wearing them till the 90s. I was just too cheap to buy new gear.
