New Bike Issues

I just bought my '03 with only 313 miles on it (paint not even scuffed from frame above pegs). When I bought it I heard it running (solid) but could not ride it in the neighborhood. When I get it home and ride it I find that it idles fine with the choke off but giving it any degree of throttle twist causes it to bog out and die. When I pull the choke out it runs fine. Is the choke giving more gas or more/less air? I bought the bike in Indiana and brought it to Michigan, negligible elevation change. None of the free mods were done, although they are done now. I am trying to decide if it is a jetting issue or just lacquered jets from only having 313 miles over 3 years (more sitting than riding).

the choke adds fuel.

the pilot circuit tends to be pretty lean on wr's.use this to set up your pilot circuit.
