04 rims on 02 CRF450R?

Will 04 450 rims just go right on an 03 or 02 450 without any mods. i.e. all the bolt patterns the same for rotor and brake line length doesnt need to be adjusted and the hub is the same? thanks a lot

works, r u using stoke spokes because if u have heavy dutie ones u will need to drill the holes out bigger in ur hub
