Big Bore Kits

they do a BIG DIFFERENCE. But anything has risk. Since the cooling system is made for a 400 engine it can heat a little bit more. but then again a big bore kit is usally around 25cc -40cc more. So it should be fine. If you completely grow out the power then big bore. If your not confortable on the bike . dont do it ... you could hurt yourself since a drz400 big bored can leave alot of 450 in the dust and maybe some 530. So be carefull on that baby.

M/T 436 done 15000 miles now with one new piston and ring set and about to do another set of rings , they usally last around 7000 miles or so before a re-ring is needed. :thumbsup:
