Best Gary Semics DVD?

I want to buy my first Gary Semics DVD and want a good overall one, nothing too specific. Which one would you recommend? ?

I would get the new one that is the DVD set of his two day riding school. It covers jumps, whoops, rutted turns, body position, braking, etc.

They are all good but one of my favorites that focuses on cornering only is Techniques Video 7 or "All About Cornering."

If your looking for the best "all around" then the 2 day is the best optiion for the money. Because it pretty much covers the others.

The video alone won't translate you into a better rider but it gives you the things to work on to become a better rider if your willing to put in the hours on the bike.

2 day mx school dvd is awsome, and it would be helpfull for all levels of skill. Lots of information though. Pick only one area like "jumps" and practice instead of trying to remeber all of it and change all your bad habbits all at once.

Yes it would because all the techniques are the same young or old. In the DVD set he is training people on 65's to 450's. THe class has about 10 people in it. They are people from about 12 to upper 30's.

I have just about every one of his videos/dvds, and I agree with the others, the new 2 day school is a great all around one to have, especially if you are just buying one now.
