In early January I place an Internet order with XR's only. I waited for my goodies to arrive and after a couple of weeks I called them to check on my order. They told me my order was pending because they show no record of payment so I gave them my credit card, this time, over the phone. I waited about a week and a half and called to check on my order since I still did not receive it and they told me my order didn't ship because the front sprocket I ordered was out of stock. I said ship the order without it. I just called today and guess what...my order did not ship. So I just canceled the order. What really blows me away was the attitude of just not caring. It seems they are doing so well they just don't need my business or the employees working there just don't care. Anyway, really disappointing and I'm sure Al Baker would be rolling over in his grave if he knew this was the way his company does business now.
