Specs for '06 230 Spoke Torque

In their infinite wisdom, Honda doesn't put the spoke torque in the 230 manual. Does anybody know what the torque should be???

Just tight enough so the spoke can not move alot

Can't help with the '06 model, but the '05 model calls for 2.9ft-lbs. That should atleast give you a starting point.
