Gearing Choice.... Offroad riding

Getting new Chain and sprocket set up for my 450. I am getting everything from ironman. How many teeth should I go with front and rear.......? I am riding all East Coast woods. I would like to make the bike easier to ride at low speeds in the woods.

Thanks

I don't ride woods, but I do alto of open dez combined with nasty single track. I use 14-50 for more open stuff and 13-50 for tight stuff. If you want the easiest bike ridable for the tight stuff use a Z-start auto. It's the Best mod I've ever done to mine.
