Help me set my bike up

Hey guys, I need help setting up my bike a little bit better.... First off im 6'2'' which isnt to tall, but ive got size 14 feet so shifting and finding footing on the pegs are pretty difficult, What wide pegs would you all recomend? as far as brand and like being titanium or whatever, Anything you can think of let me know, I need to do something so i feel a bit more comfortable on my bike.

57mm Lightspeed pegs...steel or Ti
