FMF or Pro circuit??????

I want to put either an FMF Fatty with a powercore 2 or shorty silencer. My other choice is a Pro circuit Platinum with a pro circuit silencer. Which set up do you think would work better on my 2002 CR 125.

No it's not louder. It's just the way the two pipes change your power they go together really nice

Go with the Procircuit, the only good product FMF makes, is stickers.

Go with pro circuit. If is was you, getting a pipe will not increase performance that much and the $200 can be well spent in other places. As for the silencer, i would go with a shorty, it gives a little more low end.

i dont know have cr500 tried both both work well but now iam running fmf gnarly-with the ti2 works ok

i have a 01 cr250r and i have a fmf gold series pipe nd turbine core 2 silencer and i think its great but then again thats the only thing ive ever had on it and ive never ridin with a stock one...

i have the SST expansion chamber and shorty silencer.. the set up works great! I must say that it added a lot more low end but the top end suffered a lose also.. you can see pics in my garage if you would like to see the pipe and silencer on a bike.

Save the $250-$300 and get a port job done by Moto814. Best bang for the buck!! If you insist on getting a pipe/silencer, I would go with STOCK pipe and Pro Circuit R304 Shorty silencer. The shorty sounds really nice.
