Cracked Ignition Cover, Replaced it, now bike won't start!

Well I am another victim of the bike that fell on it's side and cracked the Ignition cover. I drained the oil, removed the ignition cover and ignition coil to replace the cover, and put it all back together. Problem now is that when I try to start the bike the motor cranks over but won't start. Can anyone help me with this problem. Is it firing on the wrong cycle, timing? What did I do wrong?

Check to see if it sparks at all. Check the clutch switch. If all else fails look for pinched wires.

On previous posts there was mention of the wire under the cover being in a vunerable position. It either got pinched or rubbed thru. If no spark look inside for that wire routing.
