Stumped WR-250 sputter/bog

I have a 2006 wr-250,smog crap removed,throttle stop cut and small tip at end of exhaust removed,just off idle it sputters or if i give it a quick shot of gas it bogs???

I tried moving the clip up&down it ran worse?So clip is now back to stock 4 down.

I changed the pilot jet from #42 to a #45 Little improvement if any.

I'm at 11/2 turns out on fuel screw.

Main jet #168

Leak jet #70

Riding at 300ft to 2000ft.

What should I try next?????

These bikes are known to run very lean from the crate, try pulling out the choke slightly to see if bog gets better or worse.If it gets better, your running lean and vice versa. Did you remove airbox plug and cut side of box?

Moose makes a jet kit, its actually dynojet but they put they're sticker on it, for your bike with all mods performed. I ran it in my boss' bike and it runs fine. If all else fails and you cant get the jetting correct, buy the kit and follow the directions.
