Cycra Plastic

I just put on my Black Cycra Shrouds, Number Plate, and disc guard. Bike is looking good. The only problem is that my fender is rubbing on the bottom of the shrouds. I run a 01 RM fender. Is this the problem? Will a few washers fix the problem?

My stock front fender barely rubs my Cycra shrouds. I'm not going to worry about it.
