What boots do you guys prefer??

I am sure this is a re-post, but i couldnt find it.

I like Alpinestars, but please tell what boots you like and why.

same size as my regular shoe.

I've always used Alpinestars but recently bought some (white/carbon) '05 Gaerne SG10's on clearance from Bob's Cycle Supply. I didn't like the looks of them but, in all honesty, they fit my foot better than any boot I've ever worn in 25+ years of riding. Very, very comfortable. Stupid me sent them back!

I've since gotten a pair of '05 Tech 8's (black, which is what I really wanted but was trying to save my wife some money (birthday present)) and I'm really hoping they break in to feel better than they do now. No comparison in comfort to the SG10's, at least not yet.

Sidi Vortex. Quick break-in; extremely comfortable; lots of padding inside; and a small toe chamber for easier shifting.

I've always had the Alpinestars Tech 8's but recently bought a pair of Berik OVS Pros. I have a buddy who is a Tucker Rocky Rep so I always try to order from him to get the "hook-up" price. These boots have been awesome so far. They fit better then the Tech 8's and break in was pretty quick.

I dunno I've had them for over a year. They fit great, no problems...just thought I'd throw another one into the mix.

Sidi and Alpinestar's are great names as well. It's hard to go wrong, just try them on and see what fits best.
