140/25 Jet part numbers?

Recommended Posts

I've ready many posts on here about "just go to your local dealer to get jets" for the DJ kit when doing a 3x3. I must not have a very good local dealer.

They say they cannot order jets without seeing the ones I have now (take out the carb & jets, show them, order them, put everything back together, wait...).

I have the stock Mikuni carb in my '05 DRZ400S (which I think has a 142.5 main??). They looked in their parts books and see "many different types", and weren't sure they would even know what to order if I brought mine in.

Does anyone know Suzuki or Mikuni part numbers on the 140 main and 25 pilot jets, so I can do their work for them? Better yet, does anyone here have them for sale ...or a link to somewhere that does?

I'd appreciate this info so that next week when I go pick up my jets I can tell the parts guys if they got the right ones or not before I have the bike torn apart at home.

heh!

No, I couldn't find those part numbers in the TT store.

The 140 main is N102.221-140

142.5 is N102.221-142

145 is N102.221-145

150 is N102.221-150

155 is KN102221155

I don't have the PJ sorry. FYI, I started with a 140, went to a 145 and then wound up with the 145 main. Call the TT store and they can get you everything, get extra jets so you don't have to keep going back and forth to th shop.

All of these fit on my 05 S fine.
