I watched my video last night eager to get on a new training program. The DVD did a good job of showing some new exercises and the reason why they would be helpful and then stopped ?! It says nothing about some very key things like: 1) number of reps to do or length of time; 2) which days to do what exercises; 3) how many times per week to do the program; etc. I couldn't believe it didn't cover that. I'm now feeling like I got ripped off and Hepler was just used to sell bands rather than what seemed like a legit program coming from some qualified trainers.
