Stalling 94 DR 350

My brother has a 94 DR 350 that runs fine when the engine is cold but barely runs when the engine warms up. It seems like the engine is starving for gas at low and high throttle opennings and barely runs at mid range. We took the carb out and cleaned the jets and needle and seat and It still does the same thing. He also tried switching to prime setting on the petcock and that did not help. Anyone know a fix for this problem?

Clean the carb again making sure you get all the jets clean, even better would be to replace the needle and jets with new ones.

Dont know how a 350 carb is set up but I experienced that recently when I did the DJ kit. Ended up being that the bolt that the Main Jet screws into was loose. On the 400 that is located in the bowl area of the carb. I dont know if that is your problem though since mine did it hot or cold.
